When you’re eating, slow down ?

ENJOY your food. Take time to be aware of how you’re feeling while you eat, and appreciate the smell, sight, and taste of your meal ?

When you feel you get to the point that you don’t need to eat any more, stop ?

We appreciate that just stopping is easier said than done, but with the right tools and support, this simple change can make a big difference.
