Hey team, this is James – Head Trainer and one of our Nutrition Coaches for the SCALE Plan operation. ??? James is a Personal Trainer with over 7 years’ experience, and now runs his own studio. James is passionate about health and mental well-being and believes that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling, healthy, and happy life. As well as his day-to-day coaching, he’s also worked with the NHS to pilot exercise schemes for people suffering with mental health issues, and is also one of the first trainers in the UK to be qualified to coach people with sight impairments.
Hey team, this is Rachel – the research and science behind the Scale Plan operation. ??? Rachel is a Psychologist with a massive interest in all things ‘health’. She’s particularly interested in how peoples’ behaviour may be affecting both their physical and mental wellbeing. She truly believes that everyone is unique – one person’s way of living will be completely different to someone else’s. So it’s important to see what’s going on for someone on an individual level, and to make simple changes to create a fit and healthy lifestyle ??

I found a really interesting disclaimer on one of these websites– “Results may vary Our job is to supply fun and motivation; your job is to supply the effort.” It looks like the fun and motivation comes through generic, one-size-fits-all emails sent to your inbox ? To lose weight, you need to be given more than fun and motivation. You need education, coaching, and support that is tailored for YOU, to fit in with YOUR lifestyle.
